Fortune Wheel 02.24 - Team Challenge
Apr. 29th, 2025 06:51 pmBecause some people asked for it, we'll have a little team challenge again this time. The team challenge is optional. Sign up if you want to get assigned to a team. Everyone else is welcome to jump into the game at any time as a joker.
Teamplayer: Participants will post works to earn points for their assigned teams. Also some individual points are possible.
Joker: When posting a work, it's up to you to decide which team you want to support. You don't have to commit to one team (example: in week one, you support Team A, in week two, you support Team B). Your work will count for your chosen team. You can't earn any individual points.
Now let's have a look at the Fortune Wheel.

We have six different colors here. Every color is connected with eight prompts. Each team will have its own prompt table; the prompts will be identical for both teams. As a team, try to complete color rows, and ideally, the table.
When both teams have completed the given table, there will be a second one.
Team Challenge Rules
- To participate, post at least one work for the weekly regular challenge.
- Every participant can submit two works every week.
- Minimum for every work
a. 2 icons (DW standard 100x100)
b. 1 haiku (or similar)
c. 1 drabble (100 words)
- Every prompt can be used multiple times.
The fortune wheel is rolled at the end of the week to determine the lucky color of the week.
Team Points
One team point for every posted piece of work.
Every completed color row brings two points.
Completing the table brings points. Ten team points for the team finishing the table first, and five points for the second-finisher team.
Individual Points
There won't be points for single works every week!
If you have used a prompt that matches the weekly lucky color, you will earn two points.
After finishing a color row as a team, everyone who submitted one or more works here will receive one point for each work.
After completing the table as a team, each work will be rewarded with one point.
Note: Jokers can't earn any individual points.
Posting
- Leave the name of your team in the subject line
- When playing as a Joker, leave 'Joker for Team x' in the subject line
