I do have a question - how does the second fill work with the chance space? I assume I would need to use the same prompt that I pick for the first fill, rather than picking another one that fulfills the chance card specifications, is that correct?

Yes. You choose one prompt (in your case, a 'weird title' or 'genre prompt') and you will 'move on' to the corresponding street. Both works (if you decide to create two of them) must be based on the prompt and follow the given requirements.
