Note: This is only a small example; the original card will have 18x2 gaming tiles and 36 prompts.
Mahjong card:

(the gaming tiles come with numbers; the water lily is an additional block tile that can only be removed by using a wildcard)
Prompt card:

(the letters will get replaced by your prompts later)
When you start playing, you can choose one number between 1 and 6 from your gaming card. Important: You can only play a number when both tiles with the number are free to play = not blocked all around.
The fitting prompts for your chosen number are on the prompt card.
On this example card, you can start with numbers 1 or 2 (at least one side of the tile is open while all other tiles are still blocked all around by gaming tiles or water lilies). Remember that you can use only one of these numbers in the running week!
You decide to go with tile 2 (prompts c and d) => you can
- create one work for prompt c or d
- create one work each for prompts c and d
- use prompts c and d in one work
The used tiles (in this case, both tiles with the number 2) will be removed from the gaming card. So your card in week two will look like this:

You can see that now both tiles with the number 3 are no longer blocked. So, in week two, you can either choose tile number 1 or tile number 3 to create something for prompts a and/or b (tile 1) or prompts e and/or f (tile 3).
